This blog is basically for me, Tiffany. I originally started my own makeup artistry page with the same name...Tick:Tock.
Here's a little bit about me....
My name is Tiffany Mertz. I am the President and creator of Tick:Tock Cosmetics. I recently moved to Speedway IN. I have a cat, her name is Lily. <3 I have quite possibly the best husband ever. His name is Kevin! He's a chef, and he's super duper! :-D I guess that is all I have to say about me! <3 Thanks for coming to the page!
For anyone who is curious, here's the backstory behind the name:
Whenever I decided I was going to do makeup artistry as a small business, I started having little challenges. I asked friends to give me a challenge and I would do my makeup. I got TONS of requests...with themes that included "household appliance, eye on my eyelids, and fruits" just to name a few. But then I was given the theme of "clocks." And based on that, I did this.
I loved the clock makeup so much, I decided I would base my entire makeup future on it. After messing with lots of different ways of writing it, I finally decided to go with Tick:Tock. The semicolon is like on a digital clock. Lol. And I also chose the original font because the K's kind of looked like clock hands. Lol. And the name has stuck ever since.
